What an average class looks like at Trevarah Studio
No matter what age or level you are in dance, it is essential to structure each class in the correct way. Having the proper structure in each class will not just instill discipline into the dancer, but it will keep the dancer performing for a long time. We can compare the structure of a class to building blocks. Like building blocks, you'll start at the very bottom and build all the way through to the top. Working our way up from our feet, to our legs, hips, and finally unfolding from the torso making use of all extensions. Rather than starting from the finger tips and working down in to the foundation. This is simply a general discription of classes. Please contact the studio for class placement and/or class questions.
